Business Directory Application
How to submit your business listing
In order to add your business to our Local Business Directory please note the following:
- You must be living within the Parishes of Heath and Reach or Hockliffe
- You must provide a home address – this will not be displayed on the Directory page unless you specifically request this.
- You must provide a business contact telephone number – this will be published on your profile page
- If you have a Website, we will include a backlink free of charge.
- If you have a logo and/or a business flyer (this should be no larger than A4) send these in an email to – email@example.com NB: Your logo should be in a .png format and any other documents in a .jpg or .jpeg format.
- We aim to include your business listing on this Website after our validation process within 48 hours if not sooner.
- It will be your responsibility to ensure that you keep your advertising current. Any changes can be notified by using the above email address only.
- You should review our Disclaimer statement as Heath and Reach Parish Council will not accept or engage in any consumer disputes.
- We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.
- You should keep copies of correspondence sent to us relating to your application. Once your entry to the business directory is made live we will delete all emails relating to same after 30 days.
