Heath and Reach Parish Council Members

Your Parish Council Members

Heath and Reach Parish Council currently consists of seven elected members, and a Clerk to the Council.

The full council normally meets on the first working Monday of every month except for August at Heath Village Barn on the corner of Eastern Way and Leighton Road, LU7 0AA. Committee meetings normally follow after these meetings. Full details are included in every meeting agenda.

The Chairman and Vice-Chair are elected annually. There has to be a quorum to pass resolutions, i.e. minimum of three or one-third of the Council.

Councillors are elected for a 4-year term. If a vacancy occurs during this term, it can be filled by either an election or by co-option.

We currently have three vacancies.

The next election year is 2027.
