Our friendly WW workshops offer advice, tips and ideas on how to change your eating habbits all with some fun and laughter along the way and most definitely no judgement. If you want to lose weight or just simply learn how to make healthier food choices while still enjoying the foods you love come along to find out how. A warm welcome and a cuppa is always waiting.
