Introduction

Heath and Reach Parish Council is an advisory body to the Local Planning Authority, Central Bedfordshire Council, for all planning applications that relate to the parish area. The Planning Committee is constituted to consider and respond on behalf of the Council regarding such applications. The Planning Committee has the delegated authority from Heath and Reach Parish Council to make decisions on planning applications, under their terms of reference. We will update the table below regularly, giving details of planning applications that the Planning Committee will review at their regular meetings. If we do not list a particular planning application in the table below, please visit the CBC Website.
