The actions of Heath and Reach Parish Council are governed by the law, and the Council has the ability to establish its own procedures. These procedures, together with other rules known as our ‘Standing Orders,’ dictate our actions. The entire Council reviews and formally agrees upon these Standing Orders and other relevant documents on a regular basis.
