How to submit your business listing
In order to add your business to our Shop Local Business Directory please note the following:
You must be living or working within the Parishes of Heath and Reach, Hockliffe or the immediate local areas.
You must provide a home or business address.
You must provide at least one business contact telephone number – this will be published on your profile page.
If you have a Website, we will include a backlink to your site free of charge. There is no requirement for a reciprocal link.
Think about what your potential customers would want to see and read. Most importantly, stay true to your brand!
Make sure that you include all of your Social Media Channels – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that this Website is available 24 hours every day, 365 days per year. However, websites do sometimes encounter downtime due to server and, other technical issues. Therefore we will not be liable if this website is unavailable at any time. This Website may be temporarily unavailable due to issues such as system failure, maintenance or repair or for reasons beyond our control. Where possible we will try to give our visitors advance warning of maintenance issues but shall not be obliged to do so.
We aim to include your business listing after our validation process within 48 hours if not sooner.
It will be your responsibility to ensure that you keep your advertising current. Any changes can only be notified by using the email address – business.directory@heathandreach.org.uk
You should review our disclaimer statement as Heath and Reach Parish Council will not accept or engage in any consumer disputes.
You should keep copies of correspondence sent to us relating to your application. Once your entry to the business directory is made live we will delete all emails relating to same after 30 days.
