Parish Council Satisfaction Survey 2020
++ NOW CLOSED ++
Residents have the opportunity to let Heath and Reach Parish Council know what they think of its services by completing the annual satisfaction survey over the next 4 weeks.
From mid-February, residents and businesses will have four weeks to complete a short questionnaire allowing them to give feedback on the parish council’s services, whether it provides value for money and the quality of its day-to-day operations.
The information provided will be used to help the council prioritise its budgets and service provision for future years and make improvements in areas where people have reported concerns.
Cllr Richard Thyer, Chairman of Heath and Reach Parish Council, said: “We would like to hear from the parishioners we are working to serve and how they feel about the services we provide. This is their chance to tell us what works well, what could be improved and what they think of Heath and Reach overall.
“At Heath and Reach Parish Council we work hard all year round to deliver what we think are the most important services for the best value for money. We don’t claim to get it right every time but if there are improvements that can be made, we want to hear about them. Equally, we want to know what people are happy with so we can ensure our Parish Councillors get the feedback they deserve.”
This year, the survey has been expanded to cover more areas as the feedback we received from last year’s survey claimed that it was too short. The survey will only be available to complete online as this method contributes to our attempts in reducing the amount of paper used and assist with our carbon-neutral footprint.
Francesca Sheppard, Parish Clerk said: “This is the chance for our parishioners to really feedback their views; if people don’t tell us what they think then we may not be aware of any issues to address in the future. We would encourage as many people as possible to have their say to ensure the service they receive is the best we can possibly provide.”
The Survey will close at midnight on 28th March 2020 with the results being presented at the Annual Parish Meeting.
